Marjo-Riitta Diehl is an Associate Professor of Management and Organization at Aalto University School of Business in Finland.
Marjo-Riitta’ research focuses on issues of organizational justice and fairness at work as well as women’s careers. At Aalto University School of Business, she leads the MSc Programme on People Management and Organizational Development.
Previously, Marjo-Riitta served as Vice Dean Research and Professor at EBS Business School in Germany and worked as a researcher at the Finnish Institute of Occupation Health and an advisor at the International Labor Office (Switzerland). She received her PhD at London School of Economics and Political Science (UK) in 2006 where she also held the Blackwell Teaching Fellowship for several years.

Kristiina’s research focuses on social influence. She has a doctoral degree in marketing. Her doctoral research focused on how individuals process social information during decision-making in a high-involvement service context. In her current line of research, she examines how individuals react to secrets at work and investigates the psychological effects of secrecy from an outsider’s perspective. Kristiina has experience teaching research methods, social influence, and various topics on organizational behavior.
